Call for Proposals for Key Projects to use the LCOGT 1m and 2m telescope networksSemester dates and deadlineThe 2014A semester runs from April 1 to September 30 , 2014 . The 2014B semester runs from October 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015.Letters of Intent for Key Projects must be submitted by December 1, 2013.Proposals for Key Projects must be submitted by January 10 , 2014 .LCOGT is planning to dedicate up to 50% of its 1m and 2m telescope time starting in semester 2014A to key projects. Key projects are large, coherent observing programs designed to take maximum advantage of the unique attributes of the LCOGT network to address important astrophysical problems. Our goal is to highlight for the world the best science that can be done with the LCOGT network. It is anticipated that key projects will have a minimum duration of one year and a maximum of three years. We expect to issue a call for new key project to start each year, and so it is unlikely that the entire pool of key project time will be allocated in this first year.
