RBSP on Pad - Launch Weather 70 Percent "Go"

The loading of the RP-1 fuel aboard the Atlas V was completed last night. All is 'Go' for tonight's launch with only a 30% chance of weather issues. Coverage on NASA TV begins at 1:30am EDT.
