Question: Please, how do I get data values of the spin frequency first derivative of all detected pulsars at different epochs? I need this for my research work on pulsars. — Adaeze
Answer: I consulted one of my pulsar expert colleagues, Dustin Madison, about this question. Dusty tells me that the most comprehensive source of this type of information is the ATNF pulsar catalog. This catalog contains the frequency derivative at a single reference epoch. Dusty noted that for most pulsars there is no time dependence to this derivative, and that there are only a handful of pulsars with a significant second derivative.
